My Journey

My fitness journey started as a teenager...I discovered the power of exercise, not just for the body but also for the mind. Through hard work, dedication, and much learning, I developed a genuine love for it while learning the importance of fitness. I want to help others reach their fitness goals.

I’m certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and have specialized in areas such as:

My Training Philosophy

I believe that fitness should be a lifestyle, not a quick fix. My approach is holistic and personalized, combining strength training, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition to create sustainable results. I emphasize the importance of balance—physical fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.

A Little More About Me

I firmly believe that life is all about balance, and I strive to maintain that in everything I do. I am a goal-oriented individual who strives to live a life with no regrets.

Outside of my health and fitness interests, I'm a full-time engineer with a background in mechanical and computer engineering. In my downtime, I enjoy going out with friends, playing video games, watching anime, working on my side projects, or listening to music. My favorite genres of music are R&B and Hip-Hop. I enjoy trying new things...
